The applicant spoke through an interpreter and said he planned to operate a single‑vehicle transportation service, primarily for airport and private rides; the Board reminded him that only one livery can be registered at that address and that the vehicle must be kept in his assigned parking space. Property management correspondence authorizing the business at the address was reviewed by the Board before the vote.
