Construction payout: The commission approved Payment Application No. 30 from River City Construction LLC for $349,818.08 related to Phase 2 of the Coffee County Law Enforcement Center; staff noted punch‑list work remains to be verified before final closeout.
North Property appraisal: Commissioners authorized the chairman to sign an appraisal engagement with licensed appraisers Jeff Clark, Scott L. Steele and Casey Stitt to establish fair market value for the 71.65‑acre North Property (house plus acreage). Staff provided a preliminary appraisal range ($900,000–$2,000,000) as context but did not publicly disclose the full appraisal in open session.
