Committee members documented specific fixes — from labeling prescriptive segments on Chocorua Lake Road to correcting map graphics and dates on Breakneck Hill — and noted that Osgood Road should be treated as a Class VI road because no record of a discontinuance vote could be found.
Committee members recorded approvals and next steps. The minutes list roads and report statuses marked “OK” or with status letters; items flagged for revision include: labeling the prescriptive piece at Runnells on Chocorua Lake Road; adding status lines to Mark Jewell 6, Tappan Field and Dow Hill; removing Old Paugus 6 from the town-road list; and correcting mapping and graphics for Cleveland Hill and Gardner Hill reports. The minutes also direct staff to fix a date in the Breakneck Hill report and to add a USGS map and prescriptive-labeling to Chocorua Lake – Runnells.
On publishing, the minutes state that committee member Dave Halpin said he had spoken with Emily Nolan, who offered help or guidance with publishing the report. The minutes record that Mary Cronin is willing to meet with the committee; Halpin suggested scheduling any meeting for a time when she would be at the library.
The committee noted several new reports that are now ready for review, including Red Gate Path and Hadley Place, and recorded editorial items for Mason Hill, Osgood Road and others. For Osgood Road the minutes instruct removing the discontinuance report and treating the road as Class VI because the committee does not have a record of a discontinuance vote.
Paul King was tasked with checking meeting-room availability for March. The minutes show the room was available on Wednesday, March 19, at 7 p.m., and the committee scheduled its March meeting for that date.
