Administrator Cooper said a water service line appears to run close to Mrs. Chance’s front yard and staff will confirm the line’s routing. George Smith of Susquehanna Operational Services offered to trace the water line to establish whether a connection is feasible. Administrator Cooper said staff will gather the information and follow up with Mrs. Chance.
No formal action or vote on the hookup was recorded; council directed staff to investigate and report back.
