The Village of Slinger Parks, Recreation & Forestry Board voted on Nov. 3 to recommend updated park rental fees for 2026 to the Village Board. The motion, made by Jeff Behrend and seconded by Scott Kusta, "recommend[ed] to the Village Board the proposed park rental fees." The motion passed; the transcript records the outcome as "Passed" but does not provide a roll-call tally.
Director Tony Dobson told the board the fee proposals "reflect the Park Board discussion and decisions made at the October meeting" and that the recommendation is the next step before Village Board consideration. The board had discussed fee changes during its October meeting and returned the draft schedule for final recommendation at this session.
The recommendation does not itself change fees; final adoption requires action by the Village Board. The board took no additional formal amendments on Nov. 3 and recorded only that it recommended forwarding the proposed schedule for Village Board review.
