Both motions passed 4-0. McLaughlin said three credible quotes had been collected; the board did not identify alternative vendors at the meeting beyond the three-quote statement.
The purchase is funded from Cable Special Funds and will proceed under the waived purchasing policy. The board recorded no additional contingencies or amendments to the purchase authorization.
