John Neddo reviewed the wastewater treatment plant and water‑supply report at the July 27 council meeting. He said the phosphorus count is down and "way below our limit." Neddo said the town's maintenance staff cleaned the chemical room in the plant and were able to hook up a running water supply for operations.
Council recorded the update as part of routine utilities oversight; no vote was taken and no further action was assigned at the meeting.
