Village of Slinger launches online park rental reservations

Director Tony Dobson demonstrated the Village of Slinger’s new park rental reservation website for the Park, Recreation & Forestry Board on Jan. 5 and said the village is now accepting online park rental reservations.
"They are now taking online park rental reservations," Dobson said while walking board members through the new site and its reservation process. He noted staff are still addressing issues in the rollout but said he was excited to have the new software online.
Board members saw how to make reservations and discussed minor issues staff are correcting. The launch is intended to streamline rentals and make scheduling park fields and shelters more accessible to residents; no policy changes or new fees were discussed at the meeting.
Staff will continue to refine the reservation portal and report operational feedback to the board.
