Slinger board sets March meeting with consultant as open-space plan advances toward July approval

No formal motion or vote on the plan timeline occurred at the meeting; staff characterized the March session as a planned public-facing step in the consultant process.
The next procedural step is Vandewalle's presentation to the board in March, followed by public outreach via the planned survey and subsequent staff revisions leading to a July decision.
