The Oscoda County Board of Commissioners accepted the county's Annual Apportionment Report and adopted Resolution 2024-016, 'Tax Certification for Taxes Levied in 2024,' during its Oct. 22 meeting.
Amber Woehlert, Oscoda County Equalization Director, presented the apportionment report and the companion resolution, which the board accepted and adopted as required under Michigan Compiled Laws (MCL) 46.1. Commissioners McCauley and Handrich moved to accept the report and the resolution; the board voted yes on the motion in roll-call fashion and recorded the motion as carried.
The resolution and report were filed with the clerk's office as part of the county's statutory tax-certification process.
