Russ Mitchell moved to adopt a SEQR negative declaration (standard form #10), saying the project is an unlisted action that does not involve any federal agency and will not have a significant environmental effect; the motion passed 6‑0. Mitchell then moved site plan approval (standard form #20) conditioned on approval of all Town legal and engineering requirements and based on specified plan sheets and lighting specifications; that motion also passed 6‑0.
Planning staff and the board discussed lighting and photometric placement; the applicant agreed to the lighting plan as presented. The approvals are conditioned on compliance with the town’s legal and engineering requirements and incorporation of the specified drawings and lighting specifications noted in the motions.
