The Village Board has appointed Ed Lilla as the Village Zoning Administrator, the chair reported at the Jan. 15 meeting of the Spring Green Plan Commission. Lilla will remain a member of the Plan Commission; he resigned his seat on the Joint Extraterritorial Zoning Committee and Kevin Zimmer was appointed to fill that JEZC seat.
The commission approved minutes from the Nov. 13, 2024 hearing and meeting after considering amendments requested by Nate Robson, Fred Iausly and Jason Falteisek. The joint vote to approve the minutes recorded ayes (Iausly, Robson, Falteisek, Prem, Hutnik, Zimmer and Lilla), nays (Reid and Saperstein) and an abstention (Broh).
Wendy Crary was appointed minute taker earlier in the meeting. The session adjourned at 9:18 p.m. on a motion by Fred Iausly, second by Michael Broh; the motion passed with all in favor.
No further administrative actions were recorded in the minutes.
