The Village of Spring Green Board of Trustees held a public caucus on Jan. 8, 2025, and nominated Robin Reid for Village President and three candidates for trustee positions for terms expiring April 14, 2025. The caucus, recorded as in-person and via Zoom, began at 7:00 p.m. and adjourned at 7:06 p.m.
The caucus named leadership for the session when Trustee Damian Barta moved that Deb Miller run the caucus for the evening; Jeannie McCarville seconded and the motion carried by voice vote. Trustee Jennifer Snow then moved to approve the agenda as presented; Village President Robin Reid seconded and the motion passed by voice vote.
During nominations, Jennifer Snow nominated Robin Reid for Village President; Jean‑Claude Bédard seconded. With no other nominations, nominations for Village President were closed at 7:03 p.m. For the three trustee seats (terms expiring April 14, 2025), Nancy Garner nominated Jeannie McCarville (seconded by Yvonne Notbohm), Damian Barta nominated Jennifer Snow (seconded by Robin Reid), and Jennifer Snow nominated David Saperstein (seconded by Jean‑Claude Bédard). Nominations were closed at 7:05 p.m. The caucus noted it was not necessary to appoint tellers or reduce nominations to the statutory minimums.
