The Village of Spring Green Board of Trustees approved the Village’s 2024 end-of-year financial report and adopted a 2024 budget amendment (Resolution R-2501) during its meeting on Feb. 26.
Trustee David Saperstein moved to approve the 2024 End-of-Year Financial Report; the motion was seconded by Trustee Jennifer Snow and carried by voice vote. Trustee Snow then moved to approve Resolution R-2501, a 2024 budget amendment; Trustee Deb Miller seconded that motion, which also carried by voice vote. The minutes do not specify the dollar amounts or line-item changes contained in R-2501.
On the consent agenda, Trustee Jeannie McCarville moved to approve disbursements and to approve the location for the 2025 Spring Green Outdoor Farmers Market; Trustee Jennifer Snow seconded and the consent agenda motion carried by voice vote.
Earlier in the meeting the board convened in closed session under Section 19.85(1)(g) of the Wisconsin Statutes to confer with legal counsel concerning litigation strategy; Trustee Deb Miller’s motion to enter closed session passed on a roll-call vote of 7–0. The board reconvened in open session at 8:23 p.m. and recorded no action on matters considered in closed session.
The meeting adjourned at 8:27 p.m.
