Kennard board to sign opioid settlement paperwork allowing county to accept small payments

Board members raised no objections and directed staff to locate and have the paperwork signed so the town’s portion of any settlement funds can be received or routed appropriately.
Next steps: staff will find the digital document, obtain signatures and file it as required to maintain the town’s participation in settlement disbursements.
