Commission approves admonishments in two judicial-conduct cases

A staff member alerted the commission that a certificate of completion should be entered; the chair confirmed the commission approved the certificate, which certifies that Judge Fleischwein completed the requirements set by the order of admonishment.

The commission did not indicate additional sanctions or public hearings would follow as part of these entries. The chair opened the business session and read the items into the record, noting the commission had approved the stipulation and the corrected stipulation earlier in the morning.
