Public Health asks to release two RFPs for crisis response and housing; county opioid settlement funds remain available

On opioid-settlement administration, the public-health representative said the county needs to appoint a designated contact in the system and suggested the administrator could be the designee because the board chair rotates; staff reported about $1.5'$1.6 million currently in the account and offered to bring a briefing outlining permissible uses of the settlement funds.
