- Ordered the treasurer to sign payroll and accounts-payable manifests for the listed dates and granted limited interim signing authority for urgent payments; totals and scheduling were presented and the motion passed.
- Accepted minutes from prior meetings and approved the appointment of three library alternate trustees (Diane Don Henry, Diane Hathaway and Corey Sisson) as recommended by the library board.
- Approved a small monument-repair quote for cemetery headstone repairs and authorized the town administrator or chair to sign a vegetation-management/tree-removal request with Eversource for marked trees in a right-of-way area.
