He also said the system includes customer‑support functions, such as bilingual call centers, and can support crime‑investigation efforts.
The proposal included a commercial term: RedSpeed told the board it would cover all installation expenses but requested the Town commit to at least one year of operation. Mayor Alt asked that the proposed RedSpeed contract be forwarded to Town Attorney David A. Beste for legal review before any further action or decision by the board.
