Separately, policy adviser Wright reported a late-breaking request to correct consent agenda item #1: change the contract amount to $11,638,300 and to add the awardee, which the transcript records as "Spilker contracting of me Washington" (the awardee text in the transcript appears garbled). The council moved to suspend the rules to allow the corrected contract language to be included on the final agenda.
