Richmond council adopts final plat for Shotwell's Addition at 306 Hill Street

Robertson said the applicant plans to build houses on the divided lots. No conditions, variances, or amendments were recorded in the meeting minutes; no public comment was recorded on the item.
The ordinance will allow the property owner to proceed with subdivision and subsequent building permit applications under the city's development regulations.
