- Donations: The board accepted $303,100 from Claudia O’Leary for two Foxborough Youth Police Academy scholarships; $400 from Friends of Foxborough Seniors for a community center event; and $1,500 from Roger C. and Cynthia Rumsey to sponsor a cultural concert. The board also accepted an in‑kind donation of two trees from Schneider Electric, with planting locations to be confirmed along Payson Road and Schneider committing volunteers to help establish the trees for six months.
- Appointments and permits: Linda Mahaley was appointed to the Foxborough Cultural Council through May 31, 2029. The board approved two utility pole petitions for Walnut Street and Chestnut Street to support electrical equipment. The board also approved additional data sheets from Kraft Sports and Entertainment Group for the 2026 Patriots football season and for concerts (Chris Brown & Usher on Aug. 17, 2026; Alejandro Por El Mundo on Sept. 12, 2026).
All listed items on the agenda were approved by voice vote with no recorded opposition. Several votes were routine consent items; the Schneider Electric tree donation will have planting spots selected by town staff and volunteers.
Votes were moved and seconded by Select Board members and approved by voice vote; the board approved meeting minutes from June 9 and adjourned the session.
