The Village of Adell board handled routine consent business Jan. 14, approving the minutes of the Dec. 10, 2025 meeting and placing the financial report on file for audit. Trustee Bill Such moved to approve the minutes; Trustee Leighton Holtz seconded. Trustee Brian Parr moved to place the financial report on file and pay the bills; Trustee Holtz seconded; both motions carried.
The board approved issuance of tax refund checks on a motion from Trustee Leighton Holtz, seconded by Trustee Arlo Neumann. The board granted operator’s licenses as presented for Tyler Fitzgerald (Adell Mini Mart, 407 Second Street, Random Lake), moved by Trustee Arush Chahal and seconded by Trustee Bill Such; for Christine Kammann (Sherman Station, 15707 State Road 42, Cleveland), moved by Trustee Arlo Neumann and seconded by Trustee Brian Parr; and for Erik Kammann (Sherman Station, 15707 State Road 42, Cleveland), moved by Trustee Leighton Holtz and seconded by Trustee Arush Chahal. The minutes record each motion as carried.
The board approved a land division request submitted by Adam Survis for property at N1742 County Road I, Random Lake; Trustee Arlo Neumann moved, Trustee Brian Parr seconded, and the motion carried.
