Froid council adopts 2024–25 municipal budget and sets General Fund mill levy at 207.46

Mayor Sheri Crain read Resolution #2024-3: "A Resolution of the Town Council of the Incorporated Town of Froid to Approve and Adopt the Mill Levies for fiscal year 2024-2025." Council Member Tyler Harris moved to adopt Resolution #2024-3 and Laurie Young seconded; the motion carried. The resolution sets the General Fund mills at 207.46.
Crain then read Resolution #2024-4, "A Resolution of the Town Council of the Town of Froid Adopting the Municipal Budget for Fiscal Year 2024-2025." Council Member Laurie Young moved to approve Resolution #2024-4 and Gale Strandlund seconded; the motion carried.
The minutes record the motions and that each "motion carried" but do not include roll-call tallies. The council did not attach ordinance language to the resolutions in the minutes; the actions were recorded as adopted.
