Public commenter warns of possible CBA breaches after health‑care vendor change

She raised additional examples she said could be grievable, including comp time being recorded outside CBA rules and a technology teacher covering music and physical‑education duties across days. On student scheduling she said high‑school students were being re‑rostered out of content classes and placed into study halls, affecting access to courses such as math and art, and that practice was expanding to KMS.
The commenter said the union has not filed formal grievances to date but urged the board not to allow these practices to become precedent.
