On June 30 the Davis County Commission approved the consent calendar and reconvened as the Board of Equalization.
Consent items approved included Item #2026-593, a perpetual easement with Brookside Senior Living, LLC for UDOT Project S-R199(343) with a payable amount of $10, and Item #2026-656, an agreement with MetaSport FC for summer series soccer games (receivable $7,640.50). The consent motion was approved by Bob Stevenson with a second from John Crofts; all present voted aye.
The commission recessed to serve as the Board of Equalization, where Scott Parke presented the Property Tax Register for 06-30-2026 (Item #2026-26). The register was approved on a motion by John Crofts, seconded by Bob Stevenson; all present voted aye. The commission then reconvened, issued brief closing remarks reminding the public of Fourth of July safety and fire restrictions, and adjourned at 10:12 a.m.
All documents related to consent items and the property tax register are on file in the Davis County Clerk’s Office.
