During roll call on a subsequent personnel motion a committee member explained their recorded 'no' vote, saying, "I always do what I feel that is in the best interest of the district, and it has nothing to do with personalities ... But what is best for students at the Bison Township High School?" The member said constituents should know there is a backstory behind their vote.
