($10,244.30); and Rarick’s Coal, Fuel Oil, and Propane, Inc. (plumbing bids of $13,000.00 and $19,100.00). The board also authorized re‑advertisement for plumbing work on one contract after no plumbing bids were received.
The motions directed the Office of Planning & Development and the county solicitor to review the bid packages and recommend either awarding contracts or rejecting bids within a two‑week period. The meeting record shows the board’s action as a tabling and referral, not as an award; no contract awards for these listed bids were made at the June 18 meeting.
