Board appoints member to Rappahannock CSB and approves personnel appropriations

After the closed session, supervisors approved two appropriations from the unencumbered fund balance to implement personnel actions discussed in closed session: $101,560.28 to fund a combination building/inspections position and $228,360.20 for the HR manager promotion to director with pay and benefits, as presented by county staff. The motion to appropriate the funds carried on voice vote.
