An ordinance authorizing the mayor to execute that agreement was read on first reading.
Council also approved the purchase of a Caterpillar D7F dozer from the Missouri Federal Surplus Property system for $17,000. Aaron Pace moved to approve the purchase and Andrew Behrendt seconded; the motion passed unanimously by voice vote.
