Advisory committee readies materials for Green Township Day, tasks secretary with goals spreadsheet

Gwen Santos reminded members that Green Township Day is Saturday, Sept. 6, 2025, and confirmed materials for the committee’s information table. Committee members Cynthia and Fausto Moyano said they would staff the table.
Mike Wood recapped prior discussion about creating a spreadsheet listing short (three-month), medium (six-month) and long-term (12-month-plus) goals for the committee. Santos will produce the spreadsheet and present it at the next meeting on Oct. 7, 2025.
Why it matters: the goals spreadsheet is intended to organize the committee’s ongoing work on local environmental projects, outreach and volunteer coordination and to make assignments and timelines clearer for members.
Next steps: Santos will prepare the spreadsheet for review at the Oct. 7 meeting; committee outreach will continue at Green Township Day.
