Resident urges township to pursue multimodal grant for Chandler Hall crosswalk

Foyer said the multimodal fund is particularly favorable because it waives the township's required match and would fund pedestrian, bicycle and wheelchair safety improvements. He also asked for a status update on the Newtown-Yardley Crosswalk and curb project, saying residents and employees of Chandler Hall had previously requested improvements.
The chair acknowledged the request and the meeting proceeded; no formal direction to staff or board action on the grant application was recorded during the July 8 meeting.
