The grants‑and‑donations resolution passed on a 6‑0 roll call.
In other formal actions the board:
• Confirmed combined polling places for school district elections and directed the clerk to notify affected households as required by Minnesota statute; the resolution passed 6‑0.
• Approved the consent agenda (routine personnel, minutes and bills) by voice vote, 6‑0.
• Approved final and first‑reading policy updates (including the final reading of policy 701.1 and first readings of policies 708, 709 and 722) by unanimous votes where recorded.
• Adopted a facility‑use policy (see separate article) and set its effective date to Jan. 1, 2025; that motion passed 6‑0.
