MOSCOW MILLS — At a special meeting Wednesday, the Moscow Mills Board of Aldermen voted to approve Ordinance No. 1141 and submit a proposed change to the mayoral term to city voters at the municipal election on April 7, 2026. Alderman Cody Quist moved to approve Ordinance No. 1141; Alderman Amy Vollmer seconded.
