He is getting it looked at and having cameras go through it," the minutes record. A staff member named Riley suggested cameraing farther toward the Salvation Army to inspect where the line ends.
Two contractors provided quotes: McLallen Construction quoted $6,800; Mansfield quoted $5,000. The borough will supply pipes and fittings at an estimated internal cost of $5,000. Council approved Mansfield's quote "pending no other problems."
