ZBA approves several resolutions, keeps record open for Hampton Racquet request
Summary
During a June 23 work session the East Hampton ZBA voted to keep the Hampton Racquet record open for 30 days plus two weeks, approved draft minutes and accepted multiple resolution determinations (approvals and denials) for properties in Montauk and Amagansett before adjourning at 7:39 p.m.
After public hearings the Zoning Board of Appeals conducted a work session in which members voted to keep the record open in the Hampton Racquet (172 Buckskill Road) matter to allow additional written comments and to let the planning and building departments respond. The motion to keep the record open for an additional 30 days plus two weeks was made and concurred.
The board approved draft minutes from its June 9 meeting and then read and approved a series of resolution determinations. Those included unanimous acceptance of determinations for (among others) 42 OMH LLC (Old Montauk Highway) and 176 DeForest Road LLC; the board also addressed a denial for an Amagansett property where unlawful clearing exceeded allowable limits and required remediation as part of the determination.
Vice chair moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:39 p.m.; the motion was seconded and the board adjourned.
