The motion to schedule the hearing was made by Michael Massaro, Planning Board member, and seconded by Janet Navarra, Planning Board member. The board recorded “All in favor. MOTION CARRIED.” The hearing will provide an opportunity for public comment and formal review of the subdivision application.
The application was listed on the meeting agenda under new business as a subdivision review for Moore Street with the tax-map identifier 62.19-3-40.1. The board did not take a final vote on the subdivision itself at the Jan. 9 meeting; the scheduled public hearing will be the next formal step in the review process.
