Tabled: - Resolution 53-2025: Amendment to limited non-exclusive access, drainage & utility easement for benefit of Block 2, Lots 7 & 8 (landlocked parcels). The Council preliminarily approved the easement trajectory for utility coordination but tabled the formal legal document pending JCP&L pole location confirmation and review of related recorded easements.
