Ogdensburg approves $15,000 grant-writing contract with Bruno Associates

The resolution states the engagement is for professional services under N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5.1(a)(i) and is being awarded via a non-fair-and-open process consistent with New Jersey ‘‘pay-to-play’’ requirements; Bruno Associates must submit a Business Entity Disclosure Certification attesting to no prohibited political contributions.
The motion passed unanimously. The resolution requires publication in the borough's official newspapers within 10 days and directs that a certified copy be forwarded to the CFO and Bruno Associates.
