The 2026 events slate includes a spring assessment (date TBA), a June work party and 'Popsicles in the Park' (planned for June, coordinator: Cally), an HOA barbecue listed for mid-July in the draft schedule (July 11–26), a garage sale (date TBA) and the annual meeting set for Sept. 16, 2026.
On elections, the board discussed recruiting candidates for open and expiring terms, noted that the approved budget will be set at the July board meeting (target 7-15-26), that board interviews were completed on 7-16-26, and that the annual notice will be mailed by Aug. 14, 2026. Expiring terms noted at the meeting include Tom Brunner, Greg Glazner and Tim Walls.
