Craig Brown reported that a critical-areas study for Ponce DeLeon is pending and vendors are being identified to complete the analysis. The Treasure Island critical-areas study remains on hold while the board considers options for a drain/pump investigation there. The Common Grounds Committee also flagged geese as a spring-season issue and noted the monument sign at 340th and 42nd LP SW is down; board members said they were unable to find a vendor and are seeking a volunteer to help locate one.
Patton is expected to provide a bid to reseal walkways in 2026, and the board said ADA accessibility work is being considered as a pending matter. No final decisions or contract awards for these items were recorded at the meeting.
