The Board of Aldermen of the City of Mountain View voted on Feb. 20, 2026 to enter closed session under Missouri statute RSMo 610.021, citing subsections for legal matters (1), personnel matters (3) and records containing personally identifiable information (13). The motion to enter closed session was made by Alderwoman Colter, seconded by Alderwoman Wallander, and carried by recorded unanimous vote (Perry, McAdams, Wallander, Colter).
