Jeff Newman moved to authorize the letter of intent, Brian Porch seconded the motion and the committee voted to approve it by unanimous consent.
Township staff said they will gather information and prepare materials for the May 7 public meeting to explain next steps, funding options and a timeline for replacements and meter installation.
