The Oxford Township Land Use Board approved a minor subdivision for the Mine Property (Block 1.01, Lot 3.03), creating two proposed parcels, Lots 3.04 and 3.06. Mr. Wenner presented a courtesy map and a legal description prepared by Mr. Finellis’s office; the motion to approve the subdivision passed Ayes 9, Nays 0, Abstain 0, Absent 3.
Earlier in the meeting the board appointed Tim O’Brien of Van Cleef Engineering as the conflict engineer for a future Flora application after noting UTRS must recuse because of an existing client relationship; that motion passed Ayes 9. The board also voted to pay vouchers for the Land Use Board (Ayes 9) and approved routine minutes and executive-session minutes earlier in the agenda.
