Oxford board deems SHRI application incomplete; applicant to meet with engineer before Nov. 1

Board attorney Richard Schneider noted that any waiver requests associated with the application would be discussed at that later meeting. The motion to deem the SHRI application incomplete was made by Mr. Ischinger and seconded by Mr. McGuire; the board recorded Ayes 10, Nays 0, Abstain 2, Absent 0 and the motion carried.
