Summary
The Land Use Board voted Oct. 22 to deem the SHRI application incomplete; applicant representative Chris Nusser said he will meet engineer Mike Finelli Oct. 24 and aim to supply updated materials by Nov. 1 so the board can consider completeness on Nov. 21 and, if complete, open the public hearing that night.

The Oxford Township Land Use Board on Oct. 22 determined that the SHRI application is incomplete and will not proceed to a public hearing until required information is provided.
Mayor Norton and Linda Koufodontes recused themselves from the SHRI completeness hearing. Chris Nusser of FPA, representing the applicant, told the board he spoke at length with engineer Mike Finelli and that FPA and the engineer will meet Oct. 24 to clarify outstanding items. Nusser said the applicant intends to deliver updated materials by Nov. 1; if the board has the required information by then, the application could be deemed complete at the Nov. 21 meeting and the public hearing commenced that same night.
Board attorney Richard Schneider noted that any waiver requests associated with the application would be discussed at that later meeting. The motion to deem the SHRI application incomplete was made by Mr. Ischinger and seconded by Mr. McGuire; the board recorded Ayes 10, Nays 0, Abstain 2, Absent 0 and the motion carried.
The transcript does not specify the precise missing items; the applicant and board engineer are scheduled to meet and the board set a procedural deadline of Nov. 1 for updated materials.
