Lebanon Borough board signs off on routine finance items, $272,054.32 in bills, policy first readings and student activities

Separately, Action 26-FFP-36 authorized payment of bills in the stated amount; Action 26-FFP-37 approved submission of the Student Safety Data System report for report period 1; Action 26-FFP-38 approved a May 19, 2025 field trip for Pre-K through Grade 1 to Echo Hill Park (Hunterdon County ESC); and Action 26-FFP-40 approved first readings of listed policies.
The minutes list the bills item as "for the period ending February 3, 2025" (Action 26-FFP-36). Because the meeting date is Feb. 3, 2026 and other financial items reference Dec. 31, 2025 reporting periods, the date shown for the bills appears to be a typographical error in the minutes.
The board also approved a 10-week Chess Club for the 2025-26 school year and discussed the appropriate age group for the club; no change to the approved club was recorded. There were no recorded votes against these items.
