Residents urge privatization of Wild Honey Drive; Garfield Scholars' Academy announces reopening dates

Mayor Blackburn also reported that ARDOT will be relocating school zone signs and that Sawyer gave the mayor permission to contact the Rogers Public School superintendent about pickup and drop-off arrangements.
