Campbell said crews are out daily performing removals and maintenance. The commission also reported staffing updates: one new hire started the day of the meeting and three total hires are scheduled to start in December and January 2026. Arbor Day participation was discussed but not confirmed; A. Burrows was assigned to reach out to administration and schedule a follow-up meeting on participation.
Because there was no quorum, administrative items such as authorization to pay bills were deferred. The commission did not take any formal actions on operations at the meeting.
