At 11:00 a.m. on June 30 the Pocahontas County Board of Supervisors, acting as trustees for Drainage Ditch 84, continued a reclassification hearing from May 26 and approved an amended reclassification report.
Nathan Schmidt of Bolton & Menk presented the amended report prepared per direction from the prior meeting. Following review, Supervisor Peter Seehusen moved and Supervisor Clarence Siepker seconded a motion to approve the amended reclassification report; the motion carried unanimously. Supervisor Kyle Smith later moved, and Supervisor Brent Aden seconded, to adjourn the public hearing.
The minutes record approval of the amended report and adjournment of the hearing; no landowners were present at the continued hearing recorded in the minutes.
