Jernigan for his work on the property and evidence room, a key component of the accreditation standards.
Mayor George Stubbs told the meeting he visited the Police Department headquarters and was impressed by the changes staff had implemented. No formal council action was required; the presentation and remarks were recorded as part of the meeting’s public record. The meeting then moved on to routine agenda items including the consent agenda and the Treasurer’s report.
